Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible through the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data after the trial ends?

When the trial ends you lose access until you subscribe (export remains available). Your projects and data stay in the account until you subscribe or delete it. Account deletion uses a 30-day hold you can cancel in Settings.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your financial projections and project details are never shared with third parties. We take data security seriously.

Can I use ProfitGuard on my phone at job sites?

ProfitGuard is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. The receipt scanner is optimized for phone cameras, making it easy to capture expenses right from the job site.

Do you offer refunds?

You get a full 7-day free trial to test everything before paying. After you subscribe, we also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If ProfitGuard isn't the right fit for your house flipping business, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
