These Terms cover ProfitGuard (https://profitguard.app), a product of Blessed Bits. By creating an account or using ProfitGuard you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy at https://profitguard.app/privacy.
If you subscribe on an Apple device through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Apple Media Services terms govern that purchase, including billing and refunds. These Terms still govern your account and your use of ProfitGuard.
If you subscribe on the website or any path that is not the App Store, Blessed Bits is the merchant. Your card statement shows BLESSED BITS. Payments go through Stripe. Apple is not part of that transaction. Refunds and cancellations for that purchase are handled by us, not Apple.
ProfitGuard is software for tracking flip and rental deals. Numbers in the product are estimates. They are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Third-party data, including ATTOM, RentCast, and comps, can be wrong or stale. You own every offer and every tax filing. Talk to a CPA or attorney before you act.
Receipt scan, Deal Scout, Profit Sentinel, and other AI features can be wrong. Treat them as a first pass, not a decision.
Public web prices today are Starter $12 per month, Pro $59 per month, and Team $129 per month, with annual billing at about 30 percent off. App Store prices use Apple's price grid, so an annual Team plan may show as $1099.99 instead of $1099.00.
A 30-day Pro trial is available. On the web the trial does not require a card. When the trial ends, paid features stop unless you subscribe. We can change prices. We will notice you before a renewal at a new price.
Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel on the web in account billing. If you bought through the App Store, cancel in Apple Settings, Subscriptions. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
If a web payment fails, we can retry and then suspend paid features until it clears. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Your login is the source of truth. A paid plan on the web unlocks the same account on mobile, and the other way around, for the features that plan includes. Buying on one path does not require buying again on the other for the same term.
You can delete your account in the app. Deletion uses a 30-day recovery hold. After that we remove app data as described in the Privacy Policy. Billing records we must keep for tax law stay with Blessed Bits.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ProfitGuard for your own personal or business deals. You may not resell the service, scrape it, or reverse engineer it except where the law says you can.
Do not share a login to evade plan limits. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not use the service for anything unlawful.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Blessed Bits is not liable for lost deals, lost profits, tax outcomes, or bad data. For web purchases, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. If you bought through the App Store, Apple's EULA liability terms apply to that purchase.
ProfitGuard is not for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU.
We can update these Terms. Material changes get email or in-app notice. Continued use after that is acceptance.
